Anthrodontics Pilot Program Terms of Service

1. Pilot Program

Anthrodontics is currently provided as part of a limited pilot program for evaluation, testing, research, and workflow exploration purposes within dental and clinical environments.

By accessing or using Anthrodontics, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Intended Use

Anthrodontics is intended solely for:

  • evaluation of dental and clinical workflows;
  • testing and research purposes;
  • internal educational and exploratory use.

The platform must not be used for:

  • production clinical operations;
  • emergency care;
  • diagnostic decision-making without independent professional verification;
  • storage of highly sensitive information unless explicitly authorised;
  • unlawful or unauthorised purposes.

3. No Medical Advice

Anthrodontics does not provide medical, dental, or clinical advice.

Any outputs, summaries, suggestions, generated materials, or workflow assistance produced by the platform must be independently reviewed and verified by qualified professionals before any clinical use.

Users remain fully responsible for all professional, clinical, legal, and regulatory decisions.

4. No Warranty

Anthrodontics is provided strictly “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

  • accuracy;
  • reliability;
  • uptime;
  • fitness for a particular purpose;
  • security;
  • availability;
  • non-infringement;
  • or suitability for clinical use.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthrodontics and its operators shall not be liable for any:

  • direct;
  • indirect;
  • incidental;
  • consequential;
  • special;
  • regulatory;
  • or financial damages

arising from or related to the use of the platform.

Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • complying with applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations;
  • maintaining appropriate patient confidentiality protections;
  • independently reviewing all generated content;
  • ensuring that any uploaded information is lawful to process.

Users must not upload malicious content, attempt to interfere with the platform, or attempt to reverse engineer the system.

7. Pilot Nature of Service

Anthrodontics is an experimental pilot service.

Features, functionality, availability, and access may change, be restricted, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the pilot program at our discretion.

8. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, workflow examples, or improvement ideas submitted during the pilot program may be used to improve Anthrodontics without compensation or obligation.

9. Data and Deletion

Data submitted to Anthrodontics during the pilot program may be processed for evaluation, research, debugging, and product improvement purposes.

All pilot-program data is intended to be deleted at the conclusion of the pilot program, unless retention is legally required or explicitly agreed otherwise.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of any materials they wish to retain.

10. Confidentiality

Access to Anthrodontics may include confidential or pre-release functionality.

Users agree not to publicly disclose confidential product details, internal workflows, screenshots, or non-public features without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
